References to "Morrisons", "us", "our" or "we" are references to WM Morrison Supermarkets plc, its subsidiaries and associated companies.
References to "you" or "your" are references to you as an individual, and, where applicable, the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting these Terms (as defined below) and any other party that you have authorised to use the portal ("Portal") on your behalf.

Morrisons will not be responsible for any errors or issues which arise from the interaction between your browser and the Portal.
In order to use the Portal, you must be an authorised user, with authority to act on behalf of the entity you work for, and have a valid account. To acquire an account for the Portal, you must provide Morrisons with an email address and other information as requested ("Registration Data"). You agree that you will:

If you provide untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information or if Morrisons has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, Morrisons has the right to suspend or terminate your account and use of the Portal. Morrisons may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Portal to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
To gain access to your account you will be prompted to input a username and password ("Access Data"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Access Data, and ensuring that each of your authorised users keeps their Access Data confidential. Morrisons may withdraw access to the Portal at any time, in its sole discretion.
You may print off, copy and download extracts of any page(s) from the Portal for your internal business purposes only. You must not use any part of the materials on our Portal for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors. If you print off, copy or download any information from the Portal in breach of the Terms, your right to use the Portal will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Copying or use of such intellectual property rights is not permitted without the prior approval of the intellectual property owner.

You will not use, divulge or communicate to any person any confidential information, including without limitation, all know-how, documentation and information, whether commercial, financial, technical, operational or otherwise, relating to the business, affairs, customers, suppliers, employees, affiliates, products and/or methods of Morrisons and disclosed to or otherwise obtained by you through, or in connection with, the Portal ("Confidential Information").

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies Morrisons may have, you acknowledge and agree that in the event of a threatened or actual breach of this clause Morrisons shall be entitled to an injunction.
We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"), a copy of which can be found at: https://my.morrisons.com/privacy-policy. By using our Portal you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the contents of the Privacy Policy.
You understand and agree that the Portal is provided "as is" and Morrisons expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quite enjoyment, accuracy and non-infringement of third-party rights or your data on the Portal.
Morrisons' makes no warranty or representation regarding any specific results from the use of the Portal, the security of the Portal, or that the Portal will meet any user's requirements. Morrisons makes no warranty that the Portal will be uninterrupted, free of viruses or other harmful code, timely, up to date, secure, or error free.
You use the Portal at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any and all loss, liability or damage to you resulting from the use of the Portal. No oral or written information or advice given by Morrisons or its authorised representatives shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of Morrisons' obligations.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these Terms for any loss or damage arising out of your use of, inability to use, or otherwise arising in connection with the Portal whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, or consequential).
The clauses regarding liability, confidentiality and applicable laws will survive any termination of your access to and use of the Portal.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and Wales and, by accessing the Portal, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We will update the Terms from time to time ("Updated Terms"). If we do so, then the Updated Terms will be brought to your attention. If you continue to use the Portal following such notification, your use will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
